It can be refinished as needed, or if you want to change the color in the future.
Wood Flooring &
Wood Alternatives

Laminate is an alternative to Hard Wood. It has a similar look, but its made of wood byproducts with a fiberboard base.

Laminate is a cheaper alternative to hard wood, and should not be used in wet areas.
Vinyl is another cheaper alternative to Hard Wood. It has a similar look, it's completely synthetic and waterproof!

This can be recommended if you plan to change out the floors often for any reason, and to save money.

"Wood Look" Porcelain Tile is awesome because it can be used in wet areas like the kitchen and bathroom and survive & thrive better than its counterparts.
It is much easier to clean and maintain, and it has a long lifespan. This can also be a cost friendly alternative to Hard Wood.
Tile & Natural Stone

Tile is the cheaper alternative to Natural Stone. It is made using ceramic, porcelain, clay & more.
It can be more durable than granite, less easily stained, and it has a long lifespan.
Tile offers a massive range of colors, shapes, designs, and textures.

Marble is a natural stone, whereas Tile is manmade with different materials.
Marble is strong, but prone to stains. Tile is weaker than marble, but can be more stain resistant.

Natural Stone comes in many forms. Granite, Marble, Quartz, Travertine and more. These Natural stones have a long and lasting lifespan.

Epoxy Floor, Glossy or Matte

Epoxy Flooring can be a unique and artsy way to elevate the space. Epoxy is a synthetic resin which can be painted, decorated, and designed.

Epoxy lasts 10-20 years based on the thickness and maintenance. It is damage resistant to wear & tear, water, and temperature.

Epoxy can last better than some of its flooring counterparts, which is why it can be worth the investment in commercial buildings, garages, and the home.
Concrete Pavers & Clay Bricks

Concrete Pavers are cheaper than Brick, and have more color/size options. Often used for Driveways, sidewalks and more.
Brick can hold their color better than concrete and can be longer lasting in general. Brick is often used for accent walls, fireplaces and the outside structure of some homes.

Both can be used indoor and outdoor.
